The suitcase is produced in Europe and the material is recyclable.

No questions asked in case you need to have your suitcase repaired, the warranty includes damage to the suitcase from, for example, airlines, and if there are even the slightest problems with the wheels, the wheels will simply be replaced free of charge, so that the suitcase runs like new again. However, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, misuse or serious abuse such as acid damage. If, beyond all expectations, you experience that your Proxis suitcase cannot be repaired. Then it will be replaced and your damaged Proxis suitcase will be passed on for recycling.
