It costs an amount to have your item shipped. The shipping price depends on the weight and size of the item. But we have made it easy for our customers, so the shipping price always depends on the amount. If you buy for more than DKK 500,-, Kuffert Kompagniet ensures that your order is free of shipping if it is delivered within the borders of Denmark.

Kuffert Kompagniet uses GLS Danmark as its carrier. GLS distributes packages to businesses in Denmark, Europe and beyond Europe's borders. GLS delivers to private individuals via a nationwide network of Parcel Shops. When ordering through the website, you will be offered the option to choose the parcel shop that suits you best. Delivery
We typically deliver within 1-3 business days, however, delivery times for special spare parts and products may be longer.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
