At www.kuffertkompagniet.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have any inquiries about goods that are not on the site, you are always more than welcome to contact us. for example by phone: 70205432 or by email: info@kuffertkompagniet.dk
When you shop with www.kuffertkompagniet.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
It is not possible to view previous orders. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to: info@kuffertkompagniet.dk

PRICES
All prices on kuffertkompagniet.dk are stated in DKK and will include VAT, but exclude shipping.

The prices of kuffertkompagniet.dk's products may change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which kuffertkompagniet.dk has already sent a confirmation.

NOTE: Kuffertkompagniet.dk reserves the right to make any price and printing errors and sold-out items.

Any trade with foreign countries, both within and outside the EU, takes place only after prior agreement. The freight abroad depends on where the goods are to be sent and is agreed upon from time to time.
 
PAYMENT
At www.kuffertkompagniet.dk you can pay with:

There is no payment fee when paying at www.kuffertkompagniet.dk.
If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and only E-Pay can read it. Neither www.kuffertkompagniet.dk nor others have the ability to read the data.
The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from www.kuffertkompagniet.dk. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

FREIGHT
It costs an amount to have your item shipped. The shipping depends on the weight and size of the item. The shipping depends on whether you have used a customer login.
Here you can see what it costs to have goods delivered in Denmark:

Kuffert Kompagniet uses GLS Danmark as its carrier. GLS distributes packages to businesses in Denmark, Europe and beyond Europe's borders. GLS delivers to private individuals via a nationwide network of Parcel Shops. If you would like a different delivery method, please inform us by telephone.
DELIVERY
Kuffertkompagniet.dk typically delivers within 1-3 business days, however, the delivery time for special spare parts and products may be longer.
 
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a consumer at www.kuffertkompagniet.dk, you of course have the right to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the product was sold. The right to complain is valid for 24 months and includes manufacturing and material defects.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Therefore, be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt.
If it is a complaint, please send complete information with a description of the error to facilitate the processing. Attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation and your contact information.
As a consumer, you have a two-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend that you use GLS when returning the item and that the item is sent as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package in GLS's system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to kuffertkompagniet.dk. The item can also be delivered directly to Kuffert Kompagniet A/S, Bakkegårdsvej 406, 3500 Humlebæk.
Any refund of amounts will be made by bank transfer to the customer listed on the invoice.


RIGHT OF CANCELATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@kuffertkompagniet.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

CANCELLATION OF PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

RETURN 
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Kuffert Kompagniet A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
